A Nottinghamshire woman is among victims of the 2015 Tunisia terror attacks who have started legal proceedings against travel agent TUI.
Cheryl Stollery, the wife of Nottinghamshire County Council social worker John Stollery, who died in the attack, is one of 80 who were injured or lost loved ones who are taking legal action.
The case centres on security at the hotel, what was known about previous attacks in Tunisia and information given to customers when booking and when travel advice changed.
Last year, an inquest into the deaths found the British victims had been "unlawfully killed", but rejected a finding of neglect against tour firms and the hotel.
