    Five incidents of people being threatened with knives by an armed robber targeting shops in the Lincoln area are being investigated by police. 

    CCTV pictures of one of the robberies has been released by Lincolnshire Police.

    The MP for Lincoln Karl McCartney is urging more of us to take up golf.

    He's led a debate in the Commons on the benefits of playing a round of golf a week, days after Danny Willett's victory at the US Masters.

    I spotted this battalion of Daffodils contemplating an assault on the castle walls.

    Plans for a 472-mile (760 km) long electricity cable between the UK and Denmark have gone out to public consultation.

    If approved, the "Viking Link" - from Bicker Fen, Lincolnshire to Revsing - would enable import and export of power with mainland Europe.

    Lincolnshire County Council has raised concerns over the impact on tourism of the development.

    Figures just published show Accident and Emergency departments in Lincolnshire have missed government targets by a wide margin.

    At hospitals run by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust 81.1% of patients were seen within four hours in February - the target is 95%.

    Hospitals in Northern Lincolnshire did better, seeing 89% of patients within four hours.
