People living at a chalet park in Cleethorpes will have to move out of their properties for four months of the year - double the time they have to vacat the properties now.
It's because North East Lincolnshire Council thinks the Humberston Fitties area is at risk of flooding in the winter.
Residents have told the BBC that they've effectively been made homeless.

PCC appoints a deputy even though an independent panel REFUSES to recommend him

We've just heard from Lincolnshire's new police and crime commissioner Marc Jones on BBC Radio LIncolnshire.
He says he's standing by his decision to appoint Stuart Tweedale as his deputy - despite the appointment being declined by the panel which oversees his work.
Mr Jones says the panel's "done a good job" in the process which says Mr Tweedale isn't competent to take up the role.
But he says he's happy to ignore them because he's confident Mr Tweedale's the right man.

A litter pick's taking place on Cleethorpes beach to celebrate World Oceans Day today.
There will also be a seaweed search and a biodiversity trail to help establish the health of the sea environment.
Humberside Fire and Rescue say clearing up rubbish off grassland helps to reduce the amount of arson.

Marc Jones has issued a statement saying that Stuart Tweedale will be his deputy despite the Police and Crime panel refusing to endorse him.
As previously stated the panel had concerns over professional competence and personal independence.

This just in, Stuart Tweedale the man who Police and Crime Commissioner Marc Jones wanted to be his second-in-command will not be recommended by the Police and Crime panel.
The Panel says he's failed to meet the standards of Competence and Independence required for the role.
However Mr Jones (pictured right) can appoint Mr Tweedale regardless of the Panel's recommendations.

This is a table given to BBC Radio Lincolnshire by Lincolnshire County Council - after it was revealed yesterday the council had dished out tickets worth a million pounds in the last year.
Boston Market Place tops the list - the council says some of the cash raised will be used to fund a CCTV van to catch irresponsible parking outside school.

Almost two years after devastating fire club reopens

More than £43,000 has been granted to restore a steam locomotive on the Lincolnshire coast.
Jurassic - built in 1903 - will soon be able to run again after receiving money from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The loco was originally built for a lime works in Warwickshire - but then was bought to run on a holidaymakers line in Cleethorpes.
Following restoration Jurassic will run on a track owned by the Lincolnshire Coat Light Railway in the Skegness Water Leisure Park.

The chief constable of Lincolnshire Police says the emergency services have been given a huge opportunity to work more closely together.
Under plans ratified by Lincolnshire County Council yesterday a new multi-million pound centre will be built at South Park in Lincoln.
Half the £15m will be paid by the Government and the rest from the council and the police - Mr Rhodes says it will be worth the investment.

Olivia Simpson from Friskney Primary was selected from hundreds of entries as part of a competition.
The book's been given to her majesty as a birthday present - organised by rotary clubs from across the country.
Lincoln's MP Karl McCartney has clashed with the Prime Minister over the UK's membership of the EU.
The Conservative backbencher is campaigning for a Brexit vote in this month's referendum.
Speaking during Prime Minister's Questions today, Mr McCartney asked whether the UK would be forced to help fill what he called a "black hole" in the EU finances.
But David Cameron rejected the idea Britain would be forced to pay - and said it's already been agreed that EU spending will reduce, not go up.
