It's to restore the foundations of the derelict William Jessop lock.

It's part of ambitious plans for the building unveiled today.
The Rev Alyson Buxton, who's the team rector at St Botolph's, says she's confident the money is "out there" to help make the project a reality.

People living at the Humberston Fitties chalet park in Cleethorpes could find out today if they will have to spend a longer period of time away from their homes.
Currently tenants at the holiday park are required to spend two months away as part of their lease agreement.
North East Lincolnshire Council will look at whether to increase that to four months today, as part of a flood prevention strategy.

Lincolnshire County Council has backed down on its decision to turn off streetlights at 22.00.
The council changed its mind after several complaints and a campaign from people in Lincoln - but now says other services will be targeted for savings.
Speaking to BBC Radio Lincolnshire this morning Councillor Richard Davies, who's in charge of the county's highways, says the authority's listened to the concerns and changed its mind.
The council had wanted to save £1.7m from the £5m street lighting budget.
