  18. Bin charge consultation: Your viewspublished at 12:30 British Summer Time 22 July 2016

    BBC Radio Lincolnshire

We told you earlier about the consultation East Lindsey District Council have launched about green waste.

They say they need to save £6m by 2020 and they've given residents five options to choose from, one of which is a £10 annual price increase.

You've been in touch to have your say:

    Quote Message

It's ridiculous, we already pay council tax and green bins should be included in that. I don't and won't pay for it.

    Emma Wrenn, Facebook

    Quote Message

Good value, I would pay up to £100 year. A good service in my opinion.

    Paula Meeds, Facebook

    Quote Message

It's a joke. What do we pay our council tax for? It won't be long before we are paying for general waste and recycling to be collected as well!

    Emma Middleton, Facebook

    Quote Message

An ELDC consultation for a tenner? Near the top of a list of First World, money-wasting problems. Let those who can afford this ridiculous convenience pay for it.
