Idris Ali-Arowosekila, who was arrested on Tuesday for affray in Skegness, has been charged with a firearms offence.

The 18-year-old from De Beauvoir Estate, Hackney, London, is accused of possessing an imitation gun with intent to cause people to believe that unlawful violence would be used against them.

Mr Ali-Arowosekila will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court later.

Fulbeck is going to look positively terrifying for Hallowe'en. 

Thousands of mannequin parts will be staged to frighten visitors as part of the "Awful Hallowe'en Walk" which runs for three days and starts in a few hours.

All the (shudder) bits and pieces are being provided by Lincolnshire company Mannakin. They normally supply dummies for shops across the country.

This is what the damaged mannequins look like stored at their home "Dollywood". 

The organisers of the event say it's not going to be suitable for children. I can't say I'm surprised!

The coroner at the inquest of a double-murder and suicide in Spalding has said the killer "knew exactly what he was going to do".

Lance Hart, 57, shot his wife Claire, 50, and daughter Charlotte, 19, outside the Castle Sports Complex in Spalding on 19 July. 

Hart then turned the gun on himself.

Coroner Paul Cooper told the inquest that a memory stick was found in Hart's car detailing his plans and the "last supper" he had prepared. 

The inquest also heard how Claire Hart had recently left her husband after telling a colleague that he was a "controlling and selfish man".

We now know that 25,000 free tickets will be available next week for the opening ceremony of Hull's City of Culture 2017. 

They'll be released in two batches, one on Wednesday 2 November and the second on Saturday 5 November. 

The launch of the celebrations will take place over the Humber on New Year's Day and feature musicians from Hull's pop history.

Martin Green is the chief executive and director of Hull 2017.

The fatal shooting by a man of his wife and daughter was "cold and chilling", a coroner says.

The City of Lincoln Council says the Christmas market will be able to cope - despite work on Lincoln's transport hub.

The £30 million project has closed some roads and disrupted traffic since construction work began back in August.

Kate Ellis from the authority says the parking spaces at the Showground will take the stress away from the city centre.

You're being warned about the dangers of "hoarding" by Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue.

It comes after a fatal fire in Liverpool at the beginning of the week, when two bodies were found in a burned out house.

120 jobs at RAF Waddington will be sustained by a new multi-million pound RAF contract to support surveillance aircraft.

The five year contract focuses on maintaining Sentinel aircraft, which are being used to gather intelligence against the so-called Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.

The Defence Secretary, Michael Fallon, says Typhoon aircraft based at RAF Coningsby will be sent to Romania "in the face of a more assertive Russia".

They'll be based at Mihail Kogălniceanu Airbase for up to four months next year.
