A man reportedly threw himself at a driver's windscreen in Lincoln prompting police to launch an attempted fraud investigation.
It happened on 30 January at about 17:00 on the roundabout on Greetwell Road and Allenby Road.
The man reportedly shouted at the driver and then fled the scene.
A date's been set for the opening of Lincoln's new Boots store on the High Street.
The business is moving across the road into the former BHS building.
The new look store is due to open on the 10 April.

Four men have been arrested following the discovery of three stolen motorcross bikes from Sleaford.
The bikes were taken from a shed on Boston Road in the town in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Two of the men are 23 years old and the others are aged 40 and 46.
Proposals for almost 4,000 new homes near Grantham will be considered today.
The so-called garden village development is planned for Spitalgate Heath, if approved by councillors later.
The plans also include schools, a community hall and shops.
East Midlands Trains say the railway line between Lincoln and Peterborough is expected to reopen at about 13:00.

A woman's died in a crash which caused major delays on both sides of the Humber Bridge yesterday afternoon.
The 57-year-old from Scunthorpe, who was a rear seat passenger, died after the Toyota Prius she was travelling in collided with a yellow JCB Telehandler towing a trailer.
It happened on the A15 near Barton just after the Brigg Road Bridge shortly before 15:00.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
In a separate crash, a few miles further south on the same road, between Barnetby Top and Elsham, just over two hours later, a motorcyclist hit two cars.
The biker, who was riding a 750 GS motorcycle which hit a Fiat 500 and a Hyundai, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed either of the incidents is asked to contact the police.
