Walid Moussa, 76, was accused of seven offences between 1983 and 1984.

The investment will extended funding for services already supporting abuse victims as the Mayor’s Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC) overhauls City Hall's approach to supporting victims of sexual abuse.
Each year around 24,000 adults in London, external experience serious sexual assault or rape.
A study by City Hall and NHS England, external found inconsistent access to legal and mental health services for sexual abuse survivor, and limited funding for prevention work in London.
The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, said: “Victims of sexual abuse or exploitation have already suffered unimaginable distress at the hands of their perpetrators, and it’s crucial the support they receive as they begin their recovery is streamlined, easily accessible, and tailored to their needs.

Police investigating burglaries in Medway, Swale, Dartford and Gravesham have made more arrests.
The force is almost a month into Operation Castle, its annual burglary awareness campaign.
Officers say there's usually an increase in the number of burglaries committed at this time of year.
Five men have been charged, with a number of other people released on bail while investigations continue.
