Already months late for completion, and with suggestions that it is also running over-budget, plans for performances and exhibitions at the Concert Hall, Ashcroft Theatre and Arnhem Gallery have been kept under-wraps, despite assurances from council leader Tony Newman two months ago that they were about to be revealed “in the very near future”.

You should have a bearable commute this morning, as Transport for London is reporting a good service on all Tube lines, London Overground, DLR, trams and TfL Rail.
Let's hope it carries on that way.
Not such great news on the roads, though - Lambeth Bridge has been closed for emergency gas works, so alternative routes must be used to get across the river.

A woman and two children have been taken to hospital with smoke inhalation after a flat fire in Walworth, south-east London.
Another man was also treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, after the fire on Thurlow Street.
Six fire engines and about 40 firefighters took less than an hour to bring the blaze under control, after being called at about 10:40 BST.
Part of a split-level flat on the fourth and fifth floor of the 15-storey block was damaged.
The London Fire Brigade (LBF) said it took 16 calls to the blaze.
The cause is under investigation.

It is costing £1m a month to maintain Grenfell Tower, figures have shown.
Kensington and Chelsea Council is predicting a £15.9m overspend in its corporate costs including maintaining the site of the 24-storey tower block in west London.
The council said a £5.4m capital budget could be used to pay for some of these costs, the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) said - a separate budget from the support service including housing needs and assistance centres for people affected by last June's fire.
The council is also forecasting a £4.3m overspend in housing for people who lived in Grenfell Tower, Grenfell Walk and the Walkways nearby.
The council said the overspend is “mainly as a result of longer than expected time in hotel accommodation and use of more expensive accommodation, such as service apartments".
Last year the Ministry of Communities Housing and Local Government covered much of the costs incurred when storing or recovering people's possessions, but the council has been told it is not clear if this will happen again.
The council’s director of resources and assets Michael Curtis said: “There are a lot of pressures coming through the system. We need to manage that.”
Police have released images of two men wanted in connection with a theft in Southgate on the evening of 31 July.
A bag containing money, bank cards and jewellery worth about £12,000 was taken from McDonald's on Chase Side at about 22:45 BST.
Officers have now circulated CCTV images of two men and two of the items stolen, and are calling on anyone who recognises them to come forward.
PC Tom Barker, of the Metropolitan Police, said the stolen items were of "great sentimental value to the owner and they are distraught someone has taken it and failed to hand it in".
He added: "The watch and jewellery are very distinctive - do you recognise any of these items? Have you been offered them to buy?
"Anyone who recognises these men or who has information that could assist this investigation should contact police immediately."

Read MoreTheresa May has faced demands to stop "dragging" her Government's feet over dealing with the Grenfell Tower disaster.
Shadow housing secretary John Healey attacked the Prime Minister's response in the 15 months since the fire, and suggested she would have acted more quickly had it been her own home.
The Labour frontbencher also questioned why nearly half the Grenfell survivors still have not got permanent new homes, why more than 400 tower blocks are "still cloaked in lethal Grenfell-style cladding" and why there was still no ban on combustible cladding.
A total of 72 people died in the fire, which ripped through the west London tower block on 14 June last year.
Speaking at the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, Mr Healey said: "Let's send a message to Theresa May - stop dragging your Government's feet and act, act to get all survivors a new home, bring all those culpable to book and put in place every measure needed to prevent this ever happening again."

Ms Yu and her as yet unnamed daughter are doing well in hospital, police said.
This afternoon is expected to be dry with further spells of sunshine, sometimes hazy, along with one or two patches of cloud.
