A Formula E race on the streets of London will be held in 2020, series organisers have announced.
The race will take place around the London Docklands and the ExCel centre.
The London ePrix was previously held in 2015 and 2016, when Battersea Park provided the stage for back-to-back season finales.
"It's massively exciting that Formula E is coming back to London," British Virgin Racing driver Sam Bird told BBC Sport.
Average council tax bills in England will increase by 4.5% a year from April, reaching more than £1,800 in some regions, research suggests.
It is the second highest rise in a decade, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (Cipfa) said.
A survey of councils by Cipfa found the annual Band D bill in London would rise by £71.
The Local Government Association said cuts had left councils "little choice".

Michael Seed, 58, is alleged to be the alarm expert nicknamed Basil who was a key player in the £14m raid over the 2015 Easter bank holiday weekend.
He is also accused of carrying out a similar burglary at Bond Street jewellers Chatila five years earlier with the same team.
Mr Seed, who grew up in Cambridge and lives in Islington, denies two charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and one count of conspiracy to handle stolen goods.
The Woolwich Crown Court jury were sent out just after 14:30 GMT to begin their deliberations following a four-week trial.
The family of a student from London who died when a boxer punched him on a night out have spoken of their dismay after learning his killer was back in the ring.
Jagdip Randhawa, 19, suffered a serious brain injury after being hit by Clifton Ty Mitchell in Leeds in 2011 and died in hospital days later.
Mr Randhawa's family said they were upset Mitchell was "honing" his boxing skills when he was a violent offender.
Mitchell declined to comment but his father said "he has served his time".
Jodie Chesney, 17, died after being stabbed in the back while at a park with her friends.

Met Police Commissioner Cressida Dick has said officers investigating the stabbing of Jodie Chesney on Friday night "are working incredibly hard and will do everything in their power" to catch her killer.
The 17-year-old was attacked in in St Neot's Road, Harold Hill, and police are hunting for two suspects seen in the park.
However, Ms Dick said the Met "need help".
"We've already had lots of calls from the public but anybody who was in that area... on Friday evening, please get in touch, give us information. Somebody out there knows who committed this crime," she said.
A Met officer says the decade spent investigating Sean Rigg's custody death was a "living nightmare".

The teenager was held last night after shop workers became suspicious.
The Metropolitan Police said the youngster is being questioned about a string of alleged attacks on women in Penge, south-east London, during the last month.
A tweet from the Bromley police force's account said: "14 year old boy arrested by Bromley police and questioned about a series of sexual assaults on women in Penge during the last month.
"He was caught last night after staff in a shop became suspicious about him. Police are continuing to investigate."
