    "Due to the tragic events in Manchester the Dangerous Woman tour with Ariana Grande has been suspended until we can further assess the situation and pay our proper respects to those lost.

    "The London O2 shows this week have been cancelled as well as all shows through to June 5 in Switzerland.

    In a statement, the family said she was a "loving" wife, mother and daughter to whom "family meant everything".

    A Libyan who knew Salman Abedi, the person suspected of carrying out the suicide attack at Manchester Arena, has said he was "incredibly polite".

    The man, who has lived in Manchester all his life, told Radio 4's Manveen Rana he last saw Abedi "about four weeks ago" and "he didn't seem that he had anything in his mind".

    He said: "I think he was incredibly brainwashed", adding: "He wasn't the type of kid that stood out in any way."

    It is thought Salman Abedi has at least three siblings - an elder brother who was born in London, called Ismail, and a younger brother, Hashem, and sister who were born in Manchester.

    The family, believed to be of Libyan origin, has lived at several addresses in Manchester, including at a property at Elsmore Road in the Fallowfield area which was raided by police on Tuesday.

    The Great Manchester Run will go ahead on Sunday following talks over security after the Manchester Arena attack.

    Europe's largest 10km run had more than 35,000 runners last year and there will also be a half-marathon this time.

    "Manchester is a truly resilient city and we look forward to successfully hosting these great sporting events," said city councillor Luthfur Rahman.

    Earlier, Chelsea cancelled their Premier League victory parade, which was due to take place on Sunday.
