The childhood home of Beatles' drummer Ringo Starr is to be sold at auction with a guide price of £55,000.
Dane Plus Housing said they had decided to sell 10 Admiral Grove in Toxteth, Liverpool, following the death of "well-respected" tenant Margaret Gorse.
A spokeswoman said restrictions on the sale would mean it could not be turned into a tourist attraction or museum.

Championship side Sheffield Wednesday have signed Republic of Ireland winger Aiden McGeady on loan from Everton until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has made 43 appearances for the Toffees since joining from Spartak Moscow in January 2014, but has featured in only one game this season.
McGeady began his career at Celtic, before joining Spartak in 2010.

A reptile from a species that is believed to predate most species of dinosaur has hatched at Chester Zoo for the first time.
A zoo keeper has been trying to breed tuatara - which are native to New Zealand - for the last 38 years.
Isolde McGeorge said the reptiles, which first appeared 225 million years ago, "really are a living fossil and an evolutionary wonder".
A suspected case of meningitis has been reported at a primary school in Kirkby.
Public Health England North West said a child from Westvale Community Primary School in Melverley Road is being treated.
The organisation would not reveal details of the youngster but said their "immediate family has been offered antibiotics as a precautionary measure in line with national guidelines".
The collapse of the Kids Company charity was a result of an "extraordinary catalogue of failures", a committee of MPs has said.
The Commons Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) also criticised the charity's trustees and the Charity Commission.
Kids Company, which supported deprived and vulnerable inner-city children and young people in London, Liverpool and Bristol, closed in August after questions over management and finances.

"Watford had a £3m bid for Jerome Sinclair turned down by Liverpool over the weekend. Sinclair, 18, has made two FA Cup appearances for the Reds this season.
"He scored his first senior goal in the third round at Exeter and was introduced as a late substitute in Saturday's goalless draw with West Ham.
"Sinclair does not intend to sign a new contract when his present deal expires at the end of the season and if nothing can be sorted today, he is likely to join Watford in the summer."

A plan to help Merseyside children and "address not only the symptoms, but the drivers of poverty" has been launched.
The three-year strategy will see the Liverpool City Region Child Poverty and Life Chances Commission examine how local funding can best help children become "school ready".
It will also address child hunger and health inequalities and support school leavers, a spokeswoman said.
