BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James has just completed his "Gregathlon" challenge for Sport Relief.
He crossed the finishing line at The Forum in Norwich after completing five triathlons in five days in five different cities.

BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James who is finishing a five-day Sport Relief challenge in Norwich, has said he loves being back in the city where he went to university.
"It's been the best week of my life with the most ridiculous lows and the most incredible highs," he told BBC Look East.
Greg, a University of East Anglia graduate, added: "Being in Norwich feels like home."
Hundreds of jobs could go at the Construction Industry Training Board, external, near King's Lynn.
The organisation, which employs 680 people, trains building workers at its site in Bircham Newton.
The board said it was looking to cut a third of its workforce nationally, but Gillian Econopouly from the CITB says its west Norfolk base will remain central to its operation.

BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James has completed his 46-mile cycle ride in Norfolk as part of his five-day Sport Relief, external triathlons challenge and is running the very last leg.
The UEA graduate, who completed a 600m swim at Whitlingham Broad in the morning, has so far raised £591,665.
Greg will complete his challenge at The Forum in Norwich shortly.
Tributes are being paid to journalist Paul Durrant, former assistant editor at the Eastern Daily Press, who died of cancer on Wednesday, aged 63.
Writing in the paper, former colleague Ian Clarke described him as "shamelessly old school... fearless and uncompromising"., external

He was assistant to Damien Hilton who has left to take over at Wroxham.

Thurlow Nunn League leaders Norwich United, external are confident that their best players won't follow manager Damien Hilton out of the club.
Hilton has left to take over at his former club Wroxham who are struggling to stay in the Ryman League.
United captain Andy Eastaugh told me: "We've got one of the best seasons we could ever have as players ahead of us and our focus is totally on our jobs at Norwich United."

BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James, in Norfolk on the final leg of his Sport Relief , externalchallenge, has so far raised more than £500,000.
Following his 600m swim at Whitlingham Broad, the University of East Anglia graduate cycled around Norwich and will finish later this afternoon with a victory run through the city centre to the BBC's studios at The Forum, from where he will present his show.
He is due to be joined by cricketer Jimmy Anderson and vlogger Jim Chapmanon his run today.

BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James, who's raising money for Sport Relief, external by completing 50-mile triathlons in five different cities this week, is due to finish his "Gregathon" challenge at about 15:30 at The Forum in Norwich today.

Greg, who used to study at UEA and worked at BBC Radio Norfolk, says every time he feels like giving up, he thinks of the children at the camp.
Car crashes in Norfolk cost the county's economy more than £180m last year, based on government estimates.
BBC Radio Norfolk has calculated the figure using data from Norfolk County Council and Whitehall statistics on the costs of deaths and injuries in road traffic accidents.
Last year 33 people died in crashes in the county.

The MP for North West Norfolk says the economy of King's Lynn is being put at risk by the proposed closure of the town's county and family court.

But Conservative Sir Henry Bellingham (pictured) says that could lead to legal firms moving away from the town, resulting in knock-on effects to local trade.
