The Knight family in BBC Radio Norfolk studio

Fighting With My Family will tell the story of the Knights, who make a living performing in venues across the country and further afield.

Dad Ricky Knight said news of the film was "fantastic, but still sinking in".

Lena Headley, who stars in Game of Thrones, will play the part of mum Saraya, who admits she's "overwhelmed" at being played by someone of that calibre.

"Wow, she's fit, she's got a great body," she said. "As long as they tame down the swear words she'll get me just right."

In the interview, Roy tells how the family got into wrestling after his father met a wrestler while working as a doorman at a nightclub.

His brother Zak, meanwhile, describes what it feels like to be in the ring:

  6. Inspection report highlights Norwich Prison weaknessespublished at 14:50 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February 2017

    Caroline Kingdon
    BBC Local Live

An unannounced inspection of Norwich Prison has shown it to be well-led, and prisoners are more likely to say they feel safe there than at other similar prisons.

However, a report published today shows some concerns by the inspectors.

Support for prisoners at risk of self harm was generally good, but there were some weaknesses in case management. There's been four self-inflicted deaths at the jail since the last inspection in 2013.

The report also found there were too many men locked up during the working day, although the range of work and training opportunities had improved.

It also highlighted insufficient levels of contact between the men and their supervisors.

Norwich Prison has been praised for the way it handles challenges, following a surprise visit by government inspectors in September.

The prison houses remanded and sentenced young adult and adult prisoners, across three separate sites.

Despite facing challenges such as low staffing levels, increases in violence and substance misuse, the prison was found to be managing well.

A report, published today, highlights improvements in support for newly arrived prisoners, and good staff-inmate relationships. Ofsted rates as "good" the learning and skills provision available, including the work at the resettlement unit, Britannia House.

Peter Clarke, chief inspector of prisons, says he's pleased with the progress.

    Quote Message

Violence and drugs use is always a problem in every prison but this was by and large under control. We were reassured in a positive way in which the staff at the prisons were addressing these problems."

Norfolk Fire and Rescue incident commander Derek Simm said it was a difficult blaze to extinguish, because of required access to connecting lofts and roofs on London Road.

"It was three properties that look like one," he said. "We've lifted the tiles off the roof to make sure the fire hasn't spread to adjoining properties."
