A couple from Norfolk who were in London yesterday were split seconds away from the terror attack .
Michelle Evans and James Debbage had gone to the capital to pick up a national award for their farm shop and restaurant, Green Pastures, external , at Bergh Apton near Norwich.
They'd just left the House of Lords, and had stopped for this photo (below) before walking towards Westminster Bridge.

James describes what happened next.
"A policeman ran towards us, yelling at the top of his voice for us to run, run away now and others came running towards us... we were shunted back into the House of Lords.
"We heard gunfire, shouting, but were not sure what was going on, it was quite frightening."
At first they didn't realise a terrorist attack was under way, but the "look on peoples' faces" told them something was seriously wrong. When they heard gun shots they knew something was happening.
"Although the Lords was a safe place to be, it was also quite a target - and that was quite a concern, said Mr Debbage.
"We were initially in the cloackroom, Michelle was upset and a lady asked if we were OK and took us to the Chambers and gave us a cup of tea... it was Baroness Chakrabarti."
He describes it as "surreal", seeing faces they recognised... "we were surrounded by 90% of Lords and Ladies".
The couple ended up in a corridor outside offices, with no connection to the outside world by phone or internet.
"We were just cut off in the bubble for at least an hour... that was the most concerning part, as we had no idea what was going on outside... I was surprised at how calm and laid back some of the older Lords were."
Along with around 1,000 other people, James and Michelle were eventually taken to Westminster Abbey, passing the scene of the shooting and stabbing. They were told not to take any photographs.
Once inside the Abbey, they all had to be processed one by one, before being allowed to leave.
