A shortage of PPE (personal protective equipment) is a major issue for frontline health staff as the coronavirus pandemic continues.
"The NHS has been deluged with offers," said managing director Paul Holt.
"We decided to just do it ourselves. We can print it, manufacture it digitally and make it in scale and at cost."
He said the firm has received orders from several hospitals, private businesses who want to donate - as well as from across Europe and America.

Virtual council meetings are to take place across Suffolk to ensure key business can continue during the coronavirus pandemic.
The government passed emergency legislation on Saturday which enables councils to hold meetings remotely via video calls while social-distancing measures are in place.
The chief executives at each of Suffolk’s six local authorities currently have delegated powers to carry out any urgent decisions, but the latest legislation means that key committees like cabinets and planning committees can meet.
Most of the councils have confirmed they are now in the process of setting up systems which will allow meetings.
Bedfordshire Police have said they have so far only fined one person for flouting government measures designed to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Chief Constable Garry Forsyth told MPs on the Home Affairs Select Committee that his force had only been able to issue fines since Friday.
"There are minor occasions that we have seen where people aren't complying with the guidance but when they are engaged with and spoken to they are then choosing to move on," he said.

In Bedford, signs have been put up by each river crossing along the Embankment asking people "to make sure the bridge and exit is clear before crossing".
Sadly, out on my daily walk by the Great Ouse on Monday, this did not happen.
Three teenagers tried to join me on a bridge and when I asked them to move back they did not seem to understand what I was requesting.
Luckily for me Bedfordshire Police were on hand to offer to advice to the teenagers.

Move over Picasso, an art project has been launched to promote an important safety message.
Cambridgeshire Police is are asking children to draw an Easter-themed picture, external that can be displayed in their windows, and to include a smiley face to "promote that everyone deserves a safe and happy upbringing".
Det Ch Insp Andrea Warren said: "Sadly for some children, home is a place of fear and danger, rather than love and security.
"Spending more time in that environment at the moment increases the risk of harm to them."

The number of people visiting shops in Hertfordshire has dropped by 85%.
Data released by Hertfordshire County Council using Google's Community Mobility Reports found there had also been a 75% reduction of people at bus stops and railway stations and a 52% reduction in visits to parks and public gardens.
David Williams, leader of the council said: "It is really positive to see Hertfordshire residents pulling together and doing their bit to help slow the spread of this virus by staying at home."
Monday was a busy day for officers at Thames Valley Police.
Officers in Milton Keynes arrested and charged a man for "failing to comply with a Covid-19 instruction".
But a member of the public showed their appreciation by buying an officer two chocolate bars.

The service is now available via video conferencing or e-mail to people who require specialist professional advice, in partnership with local law firms and assisted by law students who are usually based in Chelmsford, Cambridge and London.
Sarah Calder, director of the Law Clinic, said: "Like most services during the current global pandemic, we have had to be creative to ensure we can keep things 'business as usual' as much as we can.
"The need for legal advice does not cease due to a pandemic, and it is important to us that we can continue to serve our communities at what is a difficult time for everyone.”

A roll-out of business rate discounts has been started by Northamptonshire's district councils.
Businesses are being given a range of financial support packages by the government during the coronavirus pandemic.
Retail business rate discount has been increased to 100% for the 2020-21 financial year and now includes the leisure and hospitality sector, and pre-school nurseries.
The Great Ashby District Park car park at Serpentine Close in Stevenage is now closed, external to reduce the risks of mass gatherings and promote social distancing.
North Hertfordshire District Council said the park was still open to pedestrians.
All playgrounds and equipment remain closed.
"Parks and open spaces are open for exercise, but you must stay more than two metres from others," a council spokesman said.
The opening of splash pads in council parks has been delayed and is being kept under review.

A school has said it was "only too pleased to help" make protective headgear for carers and social workers.
Ashcroft High School in Luton has so far made 25 masks and was hoping to make another 150 for Luton Borough Council, external.
The school has already donated four large boxes of protective goggles to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

Second and third year nursing students from the University of Northampton will be joining the NHS workforce "in the coming weeks".
Over 200 students were invited to volunteer last week and will be assigned across the three NHS trusts in Northamptonshire.
The Northamptonshire Strategic Coordination Centre for coronavirus said the University of Leicester had also advertised opportunities to help the NHS in Northamptonshire.
