A neighbour, Jocelyn Atienza, tells me it is "sad and tragic" news.

"I found out when police came here and we heard the ambulance came earlier around 08:00."

She said a family lived at the house but she only knew them in passing as their children went to school together.

"I only met them sometimes in the street because my son and her kids go to the same school, so we met sometimes in school or in the street and said 'hello'."

She added it was a good community, which would be "shaken up" by the news.
