Northampton Town and Colchester United have reported no cases of Covid-19 among players in the latest round of testing., external
Both clubs are to take part in the League Two play-offs with Colchester meeting Exeter and Northampton facing Cheltenham, with the first legs to be played tomorrow.
The results will be a relief to both clubs, as a positive test - and subsequent self-isolation - would have effectively ruled individuals players out of the entire play-off campaign.
Exeter and Cheltenham also returned no positive tests.
The second leg of the semi-finals are set for 22 June and the winners progressing to the final at Wembley on 29 June.

The company that runs the park called in administrators yesterday, blaming a collapse in income caused by the coronavirus lockdown.
An online fundraising campaign has already attracted the attention of tens of thousands of people.
Oliver Wicksteed, chairman of the trust that owns the park and the grandson of its founder, said he was "overwhelmed" by the public sympathy.

It comes after this year’s Pride parade was cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Northampton’s Pride committee is inviting LGBTQ people to share their story, external as part of a motivational, art installation campaign by submitting 200 words, or recording a video.
The submission could be covering areas such as coming out, living and being part of Northampton's LGBTQ community and what Pride means to them.
Entries will be shown at the virtual Pride event, which will be streamed by the council on social media.
Northampton will see parking charges reintroduced in all its council multi-storey and surface car parks from Monday 29 June.
Parking charges were removed at the end of March in response to coronavirus, ensuring key workers could access free parking in all borough car parks, external throughout the town centre.
The free parking for NHS staff will continue so they can carry out their duties unhindered.
Jonathan Nunn, council leader, said: "Much as we might like to consider extending free parking further, our available funds have already been significantly impacted [by coronavirus].
"If we don’t reintroduce charges at this stage there's a danger it will begin impacting on other vital services.”
Northamptonshire County Council, external reintroduced on-street pay and display charges yesterday.
