Weather Presenter, East Midlands TodayIt is staying dry as we head into the evening with clear spells for the rest of the day and overnight.
There will be a widespread frost with temperatures down to -1C in Nottingham but as low as -5C in rural areas.
There will also be some patchy freezing fog forming again too which will stay until the morning and lead to a frosty start for Thursday.

BBC News OnlineStar Wars fans may be excited by this shed which has been donated to Stonebridge City Farm in St Ann's.
Farm manager Marie Rodgers said they will use it as a potting shed for children's workshops or as a playing area.
"It's absolutely fantastic," she said. "We are so excited about it."

He will now been placed on the sex offenders' register for life and has been banned from having any contact with girls under 16.
Detectives praised his victims' courage for coming forward and say they hope the conviction will encourage others to report similar crimes.

Ivor Bethell from Wembley has been given a 19-year sentence at Nottingham Crown Court after he admitted several charges of rape and indecency with a child.

Bethell's crimes didn't happen in a care home but came to light as a result of inquiries carried out under this operation.

He was an entertainer who fans wanted to see, among them Richard Attenborough.
