    A new traffic system has come into play around Nottingham Station this morning. 

    It means that Trent Street and Station Street are one-way and taxis are now restricted to a rank on Trent Street. 

    But as you can see, it wasn't exactly running smoothly this morning...

    The Daily Telegraph is reporting, external that missing David Dixon texted his aunt telling her he was "fine and safe" shortly after the airport bombings yesterday.

    The family fear he then boarded the Metro train that was blown up, the paper said.

    There were two explosions at Zaventem airport at about 08:00 local time, followed by a third blast at Maelbeek station an hour later.

    Nottingham's Council House is to be lit up in the colours of the Belgian flag tonight, the city council has said.

    Belgian flags are flying at half-mast at Nottingham Castle and the Council House in Old Market Square "in sympathy for those who died in yesterday’s terrorist attacks in Brussels".

    A book of condolence will also be opened today at the Council House.

    Downing Street says it's "concerned" about David Dixon, who is missing following the Brussels bombing attacks.

    A No 10 spokesman said: "We are concerned about one missing British national and we are in close contact with the Belgian authorities.

    "We are aware of four British nationals who were injured in the attacks - three are being treated in hospital, one has already been discharged. Our embassy staff are working to assist all British nationals affected."

    A suspect arrested in Brussels this morning was not Najim Laachraoui, thought to be one of three men in a CCTV image taken before the Zaventem airport attack, some Belgian media are now saying 

    The newspaper, DH, which first reported the story, says the man detained earlier on Wednesday in the Anderlecht district had been misidentified. 

    Police and prosecutors have not commented on the reports and are due to hold a news conference within the next hour.

    The cousin of missing man David Dixon said the family is "fearing the worst".

    Philip Dixon said: “He takes the metro to work and unfortunately it’s looking like he could have been on this metro train at the time of this bombing yesterday.

    “Charlotte tried phoning his work and he didn’t turn in for work yesterday morning so we are fearing the worst at the moment.”
