It has turned out to be another warm day - and one organisation has used the sunny weather to warn people not to cool down by jumping in rivers or canals.
Liz Fleuty, from the East Midlands branch of the Canal and River Trust, said teenagers are most likely to participate in this controversial cooling technique.
"The water is really murky and you can't actually see at the bottom," she said. "Another thing to bear in mind is we do sometimes gets rats in urban areas.

A Nottingham man has started a campaign to get an Armed Forces Day event held in the city this weekend.
Eight years ago, a large regional event was held at the Victoria Embankment and since then, a smaller, annual event has been held in Wollaton Hall.
But Andy Shaw feels there should be a city event to pay tribute to army veterans.
He said: "A soldier shouldn't have a figure put on his life, a soldier when he signs up, signs a blank cheque and says I am willing to die for you."
Nottingham City Council has previously funded and organised the event - which marks the contribution and sacrifices made by Britain's armed forces.
But this year the authority did not commit to organising an event. Instead, they invited local groups to come forward and organise an event in exchange for a free venue and funding.
Larger regional events will take place in Newark and Derby and the city council said it hoped to be the host city again in the future.
Smaller events are also taking places in Mansfield and West Bridgford.

Nottingham City Council’s creating a temporary car park off Canal Street below the tram bridge. There’s a tarmac walkway, bringing you to the footpath behind the bus station. You’ll walk in through the Cliff Road entrance.

The Bishop of Leicester has released a statement following this morning's "terrorist attack" on Muslim worshippers in Finsbury Park.
Quote MessageOnce again I am shocked and saddened to wake to news of another attack on the streets of London, this time on Muslims leaving prayers after breaking their Ramadan fast. All those caught up in this are in our thoughts and prayers. Any act of terrorism, no matter who the perpetrator, aims to drive divisions through our society. I urge you therefore to stand together to condemn all such acts of violence and to continue to work for a stronger and more united community, here in Leicester and beyond.”
