    Mansfield's new Conservative MP Ben Bradley has told BBC Newsbeat older politicians have "no idea".

    "My frustration has always been with some 60-year-old grey bloke talking about things that are going to affect people who are 18 to 24," he said.

    Celia Jones commented: "And my frustration is with 18 to 24 year old who think they know it all and know nowt, lol"

    The 27-year-old became the town's first ever Conservative MP at the general election on 8 June, unseating Labour's Sir Alan Meale who'd held the seat since 1987 - before Mr Bradley was even born!

    It looks like the burst pipe is actually on Keel Drive in Bottesford in Leicestershire.

    Severn Trent said it has a team there now working to get the pipe fixed.

    It's affected properties on the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire border.

    Two giant wind turbines, erected in December 2013, are now finally going to start generating power.

    The use of the turbines in Spondon has been delayed because they interfered with a section of East Midlands Airport radar.

    Severn Trent, which owns the turbines, said it has installed "pioneering technology" that allows them to work safely.

    The Civil Aviation Authority has now approved the new technology, which the water firm described as a "world first".

    The turbines will be switched on and off in the coming weeks as part of more testing - eventually they will be able to generate enough electricity to power the equivalent of 3,000 homes a year.

    Severn Trent has now started on another energy project - they're building a food waste anaerobic digestion plant at the Spondon site.

    It will turn food, which would normally go to landfill, into energy.

    Parents who drive their children to school in Leicester could soon be caught on camera if they park illegally and inconsiderately on zig-zag yellow lines.

    Drivers caught on CCTV parking where they shouldn't will face fines of £70, reduced to £35 if paid within 21 days.

    The association that runs Nottingham City Council's housing has said it has not yet worked out how it will pay for new sprinklers.

    Nottingham City Homes has confirmed it will be urgently installing them in all its tower blocks, following last week's devastating fire in London.

    "There are some real restrictions on investment in council housing so it is a live discussion as to how we are going to fund this," Nick Murphy from Nottingham City Homes said.

    "The council has written to Theresa May to say that we are taking this action and to say that we are looking forward to any government support there is."

    Oxford United manager Michael Appleton has joined Leicester City as Craig Shakespeare's assistant.

    Appleton, guided Oxford to automatic promotion from League Two and two Wembley finals in the Football League Trophy in his three years at the club.

    The 41-year-old previously worked with Shakespeare at West Brom.

    "Michael has already achieved great success and been acknowledged by many as one of the most talented coaches in English football," Shakespeare said.

    A man and a woman are still being questioned by police after a man's body was found in Leicester.

    The man's death is currently being treated as unexplained.

    Omar Bojang from East Park Road in Leicester has mental health issues and it's not known whether the 44-year-old has access to his medicine.

    Both his family and the police are concerned for his welfare.

    Given his mental health issues, people are advised not to directly approach Omar if they see him, but to call the police instead.
