I’ve rejoined a "new" Shrewsbury Town, says Crystal Palace’s Sullay Kaikai on his second loan spell with the Shrews this season.

Four goals in three starts, including both in the 2-2 draw at Bury at the weekend, mean the 20-year-old is now Shrewsbury’s top scorer with nine, and he feels the confidence and the attacking panache in the side is the difference from first time round.

  16. Ice Hockey: The play-offs explainedpublished at 14:20 Greenwich Mean Time 21 March 2016

    Andy Giddings
    BBC Local Live

The English Premier League play-offs are a little complicated - let me explain!

At the end of the season the top eight teams qualify for the play-offs and the top-ranked team gets to choose who they play.

Then the second-ranked team chooses and finally the third-ranked team (that should leave two teams, who have to play each other).

Those teams then play each other home and away and if the scores are level on aggregate, overtime and then penalties decide the tie (there are no away goals).

The four winners progress to the semi finals and finals in Coventry in the first weekend of April.
