We also understand that any potential work involving further explosive demolition on site causes distress for the families. Having explored other manual options, our experts have made it clear that the quickest and safest way to bring the building down is by controlled explosive demolition, using a methodology such that it ensures the remaining structure falls away from the current debris pile."

Archer Road and Hutcliffe Wood Road are THE worst roads in Sheffield, easy!! Council need to pull their fingers out and instead of patching the things up every time a pothole appears, get it resurfaced, the road surface is horrendous on both of these roads!!"

    Chloe Elizabeth Hill

    Quote Message

Don't think the council have a sensible plan in repairing roads, I mean why redo Fraser Road and leave archer road out, a case of throwing darts at a map and seeing what road to do next based on where the dart lands."

    Andrew Cupitt

    Quote Message

You could see it starting to appear last Saturday and it's got worse and worse since then, the council should have paid attention then instead of just spraying a line round it and leaving it until it's collapsed. Will be a nightmare in the morning with Monday traffic."
