There have been a number of international call ups for players in our region today.
Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Kieron Westwood is in the provisional Republic of Ireland squad for their game with Austria - that's despite being injured.
Barnsley's Conor Hourihane is also in that squad.
Meanwhile, Wednesday defender Daniel Pudil has been called up by the Czech Republic for their matches with Denmark and Norway.

It's claimed that ministers are reluctant to close a loophole which could leave children open to abuse by rogue taxi drivers.
The claim comes from Sheffield South East MP Clive Betts, who is the chairman of the influential Communities and Local Government Committee, external.
The committee raised concerns about driver licensing in a report earlier this year following the Rotherham abuse scandal.
Mr Betts has now said safeguards imposed in Rotherham could be undermined by taxis licensed in other areas operating in the South Yorkshire town.

Police are warning tree protection campaigners in Sheffield they could be arrested.
There's a stand-off in Nether Edge on Marden Road.
Contractors want to fell an old tree on behalf of the city council.

A new animated video which details the lives of real victims of child sexual exploitation has been launched by the University of York and the charity Basis Yorkshire.
In a crime survey from the Office of National Statistics, a total of 11% of women and 3% of men aged 16 to 59 said they had been sexually abused as child.
The objective of the new video is to help those who've experienced sexual abuse, and to show them victims who have managed to move on from what happened to them.
The Today programme's Sima Kotecha has spoken to two 17-year-old girls who were groomed by older men over the past couple of years. This is their experience:

Residents are surrounding a tree in Nether Edge as contractors try to move in to fell it.
This is on Marden Road and the contracting company, AMEY, is urging police to remove the protestors.
It's part of a long-running series of disputes about the need to remove certain trees across the city which are said to be either dangerous or diseased.
More than 3,300 trees have been taken down and new ones replanted since 2012 as part of the project which aims to remove and replace 5,000 plants
Former Lib Dem leader and Sheffield Hallam MP Nick Clegg has previously called on the council to abandon "the unjustified and unpopular" programme.
The stand-off continues.

A group of MPs says if there's not to be a public inquiry into the policing of picketing at Orgreave during the miners strike in 1984, then maybe a committee of MPs could conduct an inquiry.
They want documents relating to what happened to be made available to scrutiny.
The MP's, including the Conservative Sir Edward Leigh, have written to the Home Secretary.
There's been no response from the Home Office.

Campaigners against the current proposals for the HS2 high speed rail line route through South Yorkshire have written a big report saying how bad the idea is.
Covering 83 pages, they're presenting the report to the government hoping for a change in the plans
It's been done inresponse to the official Higgins report , externalwhich came out with the new route in the summer.
That report said the new route would be less populated, geologically easier and more cost-effective, something the campaigners say isn't true.

A Rotherham-based project aimed at guiding vulnerable 18-24 year-olds to support services has won a national award.
The Pathways project won at the Positive Practice in Mental health awards, which recognises excellence in mental health and mental health services.
The Pathways project sees a forensic mental health practitioner, a pathways worker and a support worker operate within the police vulnerable persons unit, external in the town.

A number of tents have sprung up outside the buildings after a social media campaign to help the city's homeless, external population.
The tents started to appear around a week ago, with more and more people moving into the 'city' over recent days.
