    Restaurant chain Turtle Bay wants to move into a vacant unit of the former National Union of Mineworkers building on Holly Street in Sheffield city centre.

    There's been an overhaul of taxi licensing rules in Sheffield, to improve public safety. 

    The council's licensing board have agreed a new policy which among other things clamps down on the number of taxis registered outside the city. 

    And there's a big change affecting the online taxi firm Uber.

    Matilda Street in Sheffield has been sealed off again this morning, after what looks to be another unexploded World War Two bomb was found. 

    The road was also closed last Thursday after three old devices were discovered in a disused building.

    Police searching for missing toddler Ben Needham on the Greek island of Kos have asked for permission to demolish part of a farmhouse.

    The extension to the property was constructed after the 21-month-old from Sheffield went missing in 1991.

    The toddler's family believe he was abducted, but police are investigating whether he was accidentally killed.

    South Yorkshire Police said it was confident permission for the demolition would be given.

    A police dog was used to stop two people after they left the scene of an accident in Doncaster over the weekend.

    The single-vehicle crash happened on Saturday on Kirton Lane and two people in the car then tried to get away before being stopped by the police dog, PD Khoba.

    One person suffered a potentially serious head injury.

    Workers on Virgin Trains East Coast have begun a 24-hour strike in a long-running dispute over jobs.

    The RMT union said about 1,800 members, including train crew and some drivers, were taking action against threatened job cuts and disputes over working conditions and safety.

    Virgin Trains said it would be running a full timetable during the strike.
