  1. Evha Jannath: Post-mortem due after Drayton Manor park deathpublished at 08:46 British Summer Time 15 May 2017

    A post-mortem examination is expected to take place after the death of an 11-year-old at Drayton Manor theme park last Tuesday. 

    Evha Jannath, from Leicester, was on a school trip on Tuesday when she fell from a boat on the Splash Canyon ride.  

    The park reopened over the weekend, following an investigation by police and health and safety officials, but the ride itself and others nearby remained closed.

    Enmdon Road in Norton Green, Stoke-on-Trent, has been closed due to a "police incident".

    Officers have yet to confirm the reasons behind the closure, which has been in place since about 05:00.

    It's shut between Ball Lane and Selworthy Road.
