    After months of controversy, Coperforma, the firm providing patient transport in Sussex, is set to be stripped of its contract today. 

    It's understood the service will be provided by the South Central Ambulance Service.

    Coperforma, the controversial patient transport company in Sussex is set to be stripped of its contract today. 

    The non-emergency ambulance service has faced serious criticism over its performance since taking over the service in April.

    It is believed transport will instead by provided by the NHS via the South Central Ambulance Service.
