BBC NewsFive men have been arrested after police made several seizures of the drug believed to be crystal meth in Brighton and Hove during the last week.
About £1,000 worth of the drug, along with items associated with its process, was seized during a warrant at Cobblers Thumb in New England Road, Brighton, last Thursday night.
Sussex Police said chemicals and substances were also recovered from an address in Pullman Hall, New England Street, Brighton.
On Monday, quantities of what is believed to be crystal meth, GBL and cannabis were recovered from an address in Denis Hobden Close in Brighton.

A rail union has warned of a "growing crisis" of unstaffed London Underground stations after two incidents were revealed of passengers being injured and having to wait for help.
The Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union said it defied belief that Tube stations were being left unstaffed, adding that they should be closed if employees are not available.
The union gave details of two incidents, including one at Ickenham on 3 August when a member of the public fell down stairs and lay unconscious for over 30 minutes.
The union said it was "pure luck" that he was spotted by a Tube driver, with staff having to be called from other stations - leaving them unstaffed.
London Underground network operations director Nigel Holness said: "Safety is our top priority and fortunately these types of incidents are rare.
"Following a review of staffing levels we are now in the process of putting 325 additional new staff members in our stations."

A man who died after a boat sank off Shoreham has been named as Traiam Dumitrache.
The 50-year-old Romanian national from London was one of four men in a small boat which sank in the early hours of Sunday morning.
One crew member was rescued after clinging on to a buoy for several hours. Two others are still missing.
The boat was believed to have collided with the scallop dredger Vertrouwen, bound for Grimsby.

Home Secretary and MP for Hastings and Rye Amber Rudd has been tricked into a brief email exchange with a prankster who impersonated the PM's new communications chief Robbie Gibb.
The hoaxer, who has previously fooled White House officials, managed to communicate with the minister before she spotted the windup.
According to The Guardian, external, he emailed her using her publicly-available contact details and she replied from her private email address.
The Home Office played down the trick.

Health Correspondent, BBC South EastBrighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust's Care Quality Commission rating has been revised from "inadequate" to "requires improvement".
It’s an interesting report from the CQC.
They are very keen to point out the work the staff (as opposed to the board) have done to improve things at the trust.
Immediately prior to the inspection in April managers from the Western Sussex Hospitals trust had taken over Brighton and Haywards Heath. In other words they had not had time to influence improvements.
The lack of consistent leadership will have slowed the pace of change and improvement at the trust and that is highlighted by the fact that there are still a huge number of issues for that new management team to address.
There will now be high expectations of the new chief executive and her management team to address those issues and build on the improvements already seen.
