People are still getting too close to the edge of cliffs in Sussex, despite warnings about the risks, according to a local man.
David Burr says he captured pictures of someone putting their feet over the edge of Birling Gap, after hearing gravel falling as he walked along the beach.
On looking up, he says he then saw someone looking down at him.
Mr Burr is a long-time campaigner for better signage at locations such as Birling Gap and Seven Sisters, describing the current notices as "inappropriate".

A Romanian man who killed two people when his lorry veered into their lane has had his sentence doubled by the Court of Appeal.
Traian Soare, 51, crashed while he was checking his satnav as he drove on the A2, Jubilee Way in Dover in July,
In November he was jailed at Canterbury Crown Court for two years, but the case was referred to the Court of Appeal by the Solicitor General, Robert Buckland who argued the sentence was too lenient.
His sentence was doubled to four years and his driving bad was increased from two years seven months to four years and 11 months.
Mr Buckland said: "The offender’s actions have had a devastating effect on all those involved and I am pleased that the court has agreed to extend this sentence."

Police are hunting a man who threatened two people with a knife and tried to force his way into their car.
The pair had pulled over in Marchants Road, Hurstpierpoint, around 20:00 GMT on 27 January, when the man approached the driver's window.
He was holding a small knife and tried to open the door, which was locked, and the car drove off.
The attacker's described as five feet six, in his late teens or early twenties with short dark hair, and was wearing a Superdry jacket and tracksuit bottoms.
He also had a BMX bike.
Police are linking it to two similar incidents nearby.
Quote MessageFortunately the car door was locked and the victims were able to drive away and report this incident to us. We are aware of a couple of other similar incidents within the area on the 6 and 19 January and we are committed to investigate all lines of enquiry."

A man is appealing for the return of a replica Olympic torch which he carried on the relay to London 2012.
Guy Watts, from Horsham, lost the torch during a burglary at his home.
He'd been chosen to carry it through Sutton in South London after raising thousands of pounds for charity by rowing across the Indian Ocean.
Guy had hoped to eventually pass the torch on to his daughter, who's eight months old.
Quote MessageIt's very little to do with money, I wanted to pass it on. It's something I'm really proud of myself and obviously my family and friends are too. So I'm looking out for whoever did it to maybe feel a bit of remorse, and maybe return it. I don't really want to know who it is, but if someone's able to do that it would be great."
Guy Watts
He is asking for it to be returned to Architectural Plants, Pulborough, West Sussex, RH20 1DJ.

Kent Police is warning children of the dangers of 'sexting' - where they send indecent images of themselves via social media.
Detectives say young people are setting up so-called "bait out" pages where other users are encouraged to shame and bully victims.
Kent Police said this may be due to an increase in "self-generated indecent images" taken by young people as a result of "sexting" or sharing "nude selfies".
Supt Susie Harper said: "The parent can be liable for what the phone is used for and any indecent material that is saved or sent from it.
"That could mean police turning up at the family home with a search warrant, property being seized, potential arrests and innocent people being suspected of serious offences.
"I’m not raising awareness to scaremonger... our first priority is to safeguard young people and protect them from harm."

Police have released CCTV images after charity money was stolen from Gatwick Airport.
A globe-shaped collection box was taken from the South terminal on 3 January.
The next day some people picked up a second box, but they dropped it and ran away when confronted by a member of staff.
The loose change and foreign currency collected in the globes, which are situated all over the airport, are shared between three charities, Travelcare, Cancer Research UK and St Catherine's Hospice.
Three arrests have been made in connection with the theft and Sussex Police are appealing for information.
Two men died, while a third survived after clinging to the upturned boat for 11 hours.
