    People are being asked by police for their help in finding a man who's been missing from his home in York since the early hours of Monday morning, external.

    Ethan Peters, 20, who lives on Hull Road, was last seen at the Vodka Revolution bar in York city centre at about 01:00 on Monday.

    He's described as slim, 5ft 7ins tall, with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing glasses, jeans or chinos, a black jacket and a navy blue polo shirt.

    Police are appealing for anyone who has seen someone matching Mr Peters' description, or who knows of his whereabouts, to get in touch immediately.

    It was a disastrous night for York City in the National League, as they lost 6-1 to bottom-of-the-table Guiseley.

    It was Guiseley's first win of the season, and York have now slipped to 20th in the table.

    York now haven't kept a clean sheet away from home for 29 games, and haven't scored in their last five matches.  

    The game saw a 37-minute delay when the lights went out and an angry fan marching on to the pitch to confront York City boss Jackie McNamara.

    McNamara says he takes responsibility for the defeat, but says they're all being affected by things off the field:

    There are delays on all train services between York and London of up to 20 minutes - and some cancellations too - due to a person being hit by a train between Doncaster and Retford.

    Meanwhile on the roads, the A165 Filey Road is closed in both directions for resurfacing work between the Osgodby Roundabout and Stonepit Lane.
