At the Londonderry count, People Before Profit's Eamonn McCann says has written a letter to the Election Commission in relation to alleged irregularities on how Sinn Féin election workers conducted themselves at polling stations in Foyle.

Independent MP Lady Sylvia Hermon, who retained her North Down seat in 2015 with a 9,200 majority, thinks her DUP rival, Alex Easton, has done better "than even he expected".
Sinn Féin's Niall Ó Donnghaile says his party's abstentionism from Westminster won't affect its ability to influence politics.
He says: "We'll have very active MPs regardless of whether they take their seats or not.
"They'll have a very good degree of influence on the issues that matter."
SDLP MLA Mark H. Durkan seems relaxed enough as he arrives in the Londonderry count centre to support his uncle, and namesake, Mark Durkan, who's the incumbent Foyle MP.
A relaxed Sir Jeffrey Donaldson (DUP) says it's looking "very good" for him in Lagan Valley.
He says its too early to speculate but if things turn out as expected, the DUP will be in a "very powerful position".

The DUP's Christopher Stalford says we might be heading back to the polls for another election before long.
"The people of Northern Ireland will not want to hear this, but I suspect we'll back back to the polls for another general election within the next 12 months," he says.
