    The final four seats in Sperrin were filled without any of the remaining candidates meeting the quota. Independents Paul Gallagher and Raymond Barr were joined by the DUP's Maurice Devenney and the SDLP's Jason Barr. That concludes things in the north west.

    An emotional scene as Stephen Donnelly becomes the first ever Alliance councillor on Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. He won a seat in Omagh district and was embraced by his party leader Naomi Long.
