    Here's a mid-afternoon recap of today's events:

    • Dominic Raab has replaced David Davis as Brexit secretary
    • Mr Davis says he thinks Theresa May is a good prime minister, but does not agree with her Brexit plan
    • Former Brexit minister Steve Baker, who resigned with Mr Davis, said his department was "blindsided" by the prime minister's Chequers plan
    • We're expecting to hear from the prime minister at 15:30, when she will address the Commons
    • Labour MPs were invited to a Downing Street briefing about the Brexit plan, Number 10 has confirmed
    • Lots of questions over the whereabouts of Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson. There were reports he was at a Cobra meeting earlier, but our political editor Laura Kuenssberg says she has been told he did not go. He is due at a West Balkans summit in London, but he hasn't turned up yet. He's expected there at 15:00.
