    The special police officers looking after the Queen's Baton have warmed up for today's relay with a penguin dance. Looking good guys.

    The relay is now under way with the first baton bearer in Kennet and of today, Alexander Jack, looking great in his kilt.

    Comedian Susan Calman, who will be carrying the baton later today, has tweeted, external a picture of her preparations for the relay.

    It seems the trousers of Susan's uniform are far too long for her.

    She said: "Trousers tucked into socks to prevent me tripping over myself, I'm off to take part in @Batonrelay2014. Safety first."
