Betty Morrison has represented Scotland as a blind bowler for many years.
She's also active in her local community. She's been president in her church guild and her recitations of memorised poems, particularly in the Doric dialect, are often in demand.

Carl Fuhrmann, 18, has clocked up 1,000 hours of volunteering since 2011.
He was also been nominated for the city council's Physical Achievement Award for his personal and team efforts in Scotland-wide Paralympic and Special Olympics swimming and athletics events.

Former professional athlete Mel Edwards once ran a marathon in 2 hours 15 minutes.
Since then he has devoted his spare time to sports development - helping some athletes achieve international acclaim.
Now in his seventies, Mel still has a full-time road safety job at Aberdeenshire Council. He has had cancer three times, but has raised thousands of pounds for charity.
The baton is back in transit on its way to Mannofield after a warm welcome from Northfield.
Mel Edwards will take up the baton in King's Gate.
We've had some emails from people who watched the baton relay in Aberdeenshire yesterday.

He emailed to say: "It was great watching the baton travel through Inverurie and pass my home, whilst watching online in Doha, Qatar.
"What a nice experience, the wonders of modern technology. Thanks to all the support runners, superb job!"
Tracy Stephen was watching her 13-year-old niece Emma Thoirs carry the baton yesterday.
She wrote: "Fraserburgh usually gets so much bad press. It was a great afternoon seeing so many well deserved people in the town receiving such a great opportunity."
The baton relay has stopped at Northfield Academy for a community event.

Hayley McMillan is a youth ambassador for community club Project fit, which provides coaching sessions to keep youngsters off the streets.
She also volunteers as a coach for Aberdeen Football Club.

The baton relay visited Bridge of Don Academy this morning, where students have organised a mini Commonwealth Games for primary school children.
Head teacher Daphne McWilliam described the baton being here as a "wonderful and amazing experience".
"It's great to have international events like the Commonwealth Games which promote our school's core values, and when you have an event like this pupils can experience it in their own local area," she said.
The school had been planning their mini Commonwealth Games for some months, she added.
Jenna is a keen rugby player who has inspired other young people to join sports clubs. She is also an excellent role model, according to the people who nominated her.
Charlie Flint is the driving force behind table tennis participation in the region, according to those who nominated him to carry the baton today.
For many years he has supported club, school and community programmes and individual players.

Every area in Scotland has been twinned with at least one second team to cheer on at Glasgow 2014. Aberdeen City's twins are Cameroon and the Solomon Islands, making them Commonwealth triplets.
When the baton visited Cameroon earlier this year, some rollerblading locals were pictured showing their support for Aberdeen.
It's baton bearer Shona Mutch's birthday today. There's a great crowd out to sing Happy Birthday to her.
