The Friarton and Tay Road bridges are open only to cars, and strong winds are still affecting the Kessock, Clackmannanshire, Skye and Forth Road bridges which are closed to high-sided vehicles.
The A74 is now fully open southbound between J16 B7076 (Johnstonbridge) and J17 B7068 (Lockerbie North).
High Street, Burntisland is closed in both directions due to a dangerous building.
In Glasgow, the A814 Broomielaw is also closed in both directions after the storm made a building unsafe near Washington Street. The road will remain closed until Monday.

16:52 GMT 29 January 2016Strong winds are still affecting the Kessock, Clackmannanshire, Skye and Forth Road bridges, which are closed to high-sided vehicles.
The Tay Road Bridge is open only to cars and single decker buses.
In Dumfries and Galloway, two lanes of the A74 are still blocked southbound between J16 Johnstonbridge and J17 Lockerbie North. A lorry has been blown over on to the central reservation.
In Glasgow city centre, the A814 Broomielaw is closed both ways because of a wind-damaged building between Brown Street and York Street.
Pitt Street is closed between West Regent Street and West George Street.

Frequent snow showers are then expected overnight and well into Saturday, heavy at times, with some more prolonged spells of snow likely.
