She says she will maintain and extend the small business bonus and a review of business rates.
The SNP leader says she wants to use new powers coming to Holyrood to support young people into work.

The Scottish Conservatives pledged to provide "strong opposition" to the SNP as the party launched its manifesto, external.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats launched their manifesto, external in a soft play for the Scottish Parliament election.
The Scottish Green Party was first out the gates to publish its manifesto, external ahead of the Holyrood election on 5 May.
The venue for tonight's live TV debate is Hopetoun House, external.
Hopetoun has been the ancestral home of the Hope family for over 300 years; the present Earl of Hopetoun lives in the house and The 4th Marquess of Linlithgow lives on the Estate.
