    The first minister says she will consider all suggestions and that it is under consideration by the new mental health minister.

    Ms Sturgeon says this is not about reduced resources, they have increased substantially.

    However demand is also increasing, she explains.

    Childline received more than 900 inquiries from children in Scotland contemplating suicide last year, according to a new report.

    The NSPCC, which runs the helpline, said it dealt with record levels of calls on the issue from across the UK.

    It received 934 calls and online inquiries from suicidal youngsters in Scotland - an average of 18 a week.

    In many cases, counsellors were so concerned about their callers' welfare, they alerted the emergency services.

    Childline's annual report reveals that calls from young people reporting suicidal thoughts have more than doubled in five years.

    Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale asks how many young people have been waiting more than 52 weeks for psychiatric treatment.

    The Scottish Conservative leader says: "The first minister thinks she knows better than police officers."

    Ms Davidson says the public sees "absolutely no need to change".

    She says the first minister has made a mess of police reform and calls on her to think again.

    Ms Sturgeon says her government has protected 1,000 extra police officers, while numbers down south have been decimated.

    Ms Sturgeon says crime is at a 41 year low and accuses Ms Davidson of "shoddy politics".

    It was announce in March 2015 that Police Scotland would take over railway policing when the function is devolved, by Scotland's justice secretary has decided.

    The move means that the British Transport Police (BTP) will no longer operate as a separate force in Scotland.

    BTP wanted to continue providing this service, with oversight by Holyrood instead of Westminster.

    But Justice Secretary Michael Matheson has decided against that.

    He wants the force's Scottish operations and more than 200 officers integrated into Police Scotland.

    Ms Davidson says people might accept the reforms if the British Transport Police were failing but the opposite is true.

    She asks why the government is proposing a reform that the police themselves do not want.

    The first minister says specialist railway policing capacity will be maintained.

    Ms Sturgeon says crime on the railways is falling and at some of its lowest levels, as crime is generally across the country.

    Ms Davidson starts by asking about the safety implications of merging rail police with the Scotland's police force.

    The Scottish Conservative leader says the police are specialist for a reason.

    Ms Sturgeon says members will want to scrutinise the forthcoming Railway Policing Bill.  

    The legislation will result in railway policing powers in Scotland being devolved to Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority.

    It will also put in place funding arrangements for the integration of the British Transport Police (BTP) in Scotland into Police Scotland.

    However, Aberdeen City Council said heavy and persistent rain had left the venue waterlogged, adding that even if the rain stopped the ground would still not be suitable.

    About 10,000 spectators had been expected to attend the Highland Games.

    Mr Leonard says the people of Lanarkshire will not thank the cabinet secretary for her answer as they rightly expect public consultation.

    He asks Ms Robison to call the closing of trauma and inpatient orthopaedic services at Monklands Hospital in.

    The health secretary says the longer term plans are under public consultation and she says it was the SNP that saved Monklands in 2007.

    But the Scottish government said they were "absolutely committed" to A&E services remaining at Monklands.

    NHS Lanarkshire said patient care would be enhanced by the changes.
