    BBC Scotland has reported allegations that refused asylum seekers were locked out of their homes by the company.

    Orchard and Shipman denied any wrongdoing and breaching guidelines.

    Scottish Green co-convener Patrick Harvie raises the issue of refugees and the devolution of support for them.

    Mr Harvie asks what involvement the Scottish government has had on the decision for Serco to take on these services.

    Ms Sturgeon says she remains "deeply concerned" about the standards of asylum accommodation, but says it is a reserved matter.

    She calls for dignity in the treatment of asylum seekers.

    Soft drinks maker AG Barr has announced plans to cut 10% of its workforce as part of a major reorganisation of the company.

    The move, which would mean 90 job losses across its commercial, supply chain and central operations, marks the last phase of a three-year "business improvement" programme.

    Barr expects to implement the cuts by the end of the financial year.

    It estimated the one-off cost of the reorganisation at about £4m.

    However, it added that it expected "an ongoing annual benefit" of about £3m.

    Ms Sturgeon says week in week out the Labour party accuses the government of undermining local decision making, but today Labour is asking the government to do just that.

    Ms Dugdale says there is a democratic process, and that is the will of the parliament.

    The Scottish Labour leader says before the election the SNP told people their services were safe and brandishes the Greenock Telegraph with the first minister on the front page.

    Ms Sturgeon again points to the process that must be gone through and she brandishes a paper with that process.

    Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale says the parliament spoke with one voice on the planned cuts to NHS local services yesterday evening, and calls on the first minister to respect the will of the parliament.

    Ms Sturgeon says no decisions have been taken yet, and there is a well established process that informs whether a service change is major. The health secretary will then take account of the decision of the parliament, she adds.

    Opposition parties have defeated the Scottish government in a Holyrood debate on local health services.

    Scottish Labour put forward a motion urging the government to step in over a series of proposals to close or downgrade NHS services.

    Health Secretary Shona Robison insisted that no final decisions had been made about any of the services mentioned.

    But the Tories, Greens and Lib Dems united behind Labour, with the SNP abstaining in the final vote.

    The motion only calls on the government to step in over the plans, so does not bind the minority administration to any action.

    The Scottish Conservative leader says the first minister does not want to admit the government's failure on energy.

    Ms Davidson says there are 10,000 jobs in Scotland reliant on shale gas coming from other countries, but there are no answers on shale gas from Scotland.

    The first minister says the moratorium on fracking is to allow the reviews to take place.

    Ms Sturgeon says it is a bit rich to be lectured by a member of the party which is pouring money into the "white elephant that is Hinkley Point".
