    The highlight of this week will be the resumption of the 'Scotland's Choice' debate, leading to an historic vote on whether to call for a second independence referendum at decision time.

    We begin today with Justice Secretary Michael Matheson and Transport Minister Humza Yousaf trying to keep their controversial Railway Policing (Scotland) Bill on track. 

    The member’s debate focuses on children with learning disabilities and is entitled ‘Included in the Main?!’
