8% swing from Labour to the Tories in Paisley & Renfrewshire South - did Nicola Sturgeon save Mhairi Black with that late attack on Kezia Dugdale?

I have just been hearing from some SNP sources and they think they have lost Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk. They think their vote has held strong but the Lib Dem vote has gone to the Conservatives.
The Conservatives tell me it seems to be heading in the right direction.
Labour think John Lamont (Cons) has won it by 5,000.

Former SNP spin doctor Kevin Pringle admitted it was "disappointing" that Margaret Ferrier lost her seat to Labour's Ged Killen in Rutherglen and Hamilton West.
He told BBC Scotland's Election Cafe: "It's been a very closely fought contest and a very narrow majority and I expect that's set a pattern for the night of a lot of seats being won on relatively small majorities."
On the prospect of the SNP losing a large number of seats, as predicted by the exit poll, he said the remarkable victory of 2015 was "unrepeatable".
"In a four party system in Scotland, it's not sustainable for one party to have 95% of the seats. It's rebalancing, I think."

Quote MessageThis result is a rejection of austerity and a rejection of a divisive second independence referendum. Above all this result is a vote for a progressive manifesto and a fresh start for Rutherglen and Hamilton West.
