    Mr Rowley moves to education and says there over 4,000 fewer teachers than when the SNP came to power and 1,000 less support workers.

    He says class sizes are bigger and he cannot see how today's proposals address any of this.

    Mr Rowley welcomes the agreement to lift the public sector pay cap and the introduction of the investment bank.

    He says these proposals were both in the Labour manifesto.
