    Brexit Secretary Mike Russell begins by talking about.....Brexit, not surprisingly, warning of the secondary legislation that will be required going foward.

    Mr Russell insists: "The fault for this situation is the Tories."

    In essence Brexit is the Tory leadership contest, he insists, with everyone else watching on.

    He blames the Tories for having no terms of withdrawal, as well as the damage to economic prosperity of Brexit.

    Not much mention of the programme for government in this speech, until he says "the programme for government is impacted by Brexit, but not defined by it".

    Mr Rennie says the first minister cannot even bring herself to back the People's Vote campaign to address Brexit.

    The Scottish Lid Dem leader says: "It's independence first, last and always with the SNP, nothing else matters."

    Pivoting to education, he says most countries do not put children into schools at four years ol

    Mr Rennie calls for a Mental Health Improvement Act to ensure parity of esteem for mental health with physical health.

    He also calls for a United Kingdom Cooperation Act to improve relations between the government and provide conflict resolution.
