An event company has apologised to festival goers left "utterly disappointed", external waiting in the rain at the Sunset on Herm festival this weekend.
Pixie Lott performed two songs and was due to show fans a new song alongside producer and DJ, Anton Powers.
Instead, due to "licensing issues" she sang her "most popular song" organisers said, and Mr Powers was placed in a DJ booth away from the main stage, which was not "communicated to the crowd".
A spokesman from ibz.tv, who held the event, said they were unable to deliver the performance "in the way they planned" due to the weather, and travel delays.

Proposals have been submitted to elect a speaker and deputy speaker of Jersey's States assembly by the Chief Minister, Senator Ian Gorst.
Currently the Bailiff is both the head of the law courts, and the speaker in the States assembly.

The chief minister said the historic Clothier and Carswell reviews influenced his decision, as well as the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry.
He said: "It is the norm in the democratic world for there to be a complete separation between the legislature and judiciary, and for a parliament to elect its own speaker.
"Jersey does not currently meet modern democratic principles on either of these matters."
The proposal will be debated in November.
A statement from the chief minister's office said the plans ensure the Bailiff's role as civic head would continue.

A midwife who's been found guilty of misconduct following the deaths of two babies at Guernsey's hospital says she hopes to be allowed to use her experience and continue her career in some way.
Tuija Roussel is still working in a non-clinical capacity, under supervision, at Guernsey's Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
"It is more open and supportive - the culture has changed so much for the better," she told a Nursing and Midwifery Council Tribunal, which began in January.
Asked what future she would like in the profession, she broke down in tears and said: "It is very difficult to say.
"It has been 22 years of my life, I have always wanted to care for mothers and their babies."
Ms Roussel, along with Senior Midwife Lisa Granville and Antonia Manousaki, will find out next week whether they will be struck off the midwifery register, or can continue practising.

Local athlete Dan Halksworth has thanked the Jersey crowd for supporting him - even in the rain - at the Super League Triathalon at the weekend.
He was competing with some of the world's top triathletes, including the UK's Jonny Brownlee, in the event, that was broadcast to millions.
Halksworth says hearing his name chanted as he went round the gruelling course really spurred him on.

A man has died in hospital after a gas explosion in Jersey on Saturday, police have confirmed.
He has been named as 40-year-old Michal Juzef Kmuk, who died at 04:40 on Monday in the Chelsea and Westminster hospital burns unit.
Two other people were injured in the fire, in which emergency service crews said tiles were blown off the building and windows blown out.
Crews said the walls were "bulging" following the explosion, it is suspected a gas leak ignited to cause the blaze.
Jersey Gas is assisting Jersey Fire and Rescue Service with an investigation into the incident.
The victim's next of kin have been informed, and police say the cause of the explosion is not being treated as suspicious.

Jersey police have finished an inquiry into claims public money was misused by someone with access to a states credit card.
When the investigation began they said that a man in his forties, who wasn't named, was helping with their inquiries. Now the inquiry's complete, investigators have handed the report to the Law Officers department.
Officers there will examine the findings to decide whether to bring a prosecution. No-one has been arrested.
A "technology led" air-taxi service is licensed in Guernsey to fly passengers.

Pupils at the Jersey College for Girls and Hautlieu School are learning about the political values of the Commonwealth.
The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association is bringing its youth engagement programme to Jersey for the second time.
Organisers say it highlights the importance of encouraging youth engagement in the political process and the sharing of Commonwealth political values.
The visits, today and tomorrow, include meetings with Members of the States Assembly and the Lieutenant-Governor.

Thousands of people came to watch international race stars compete on the St Helier waterfront and organisers hope to repeat it again next year.

In August more than 30,000 passengers travelled with Aurigny between Guernsey and Gatwick - the highest number ever carried on that route in one month by the government-owned airline, bosses have confirmed.
Commercial director, Malcolm Coupar said: “We know Gatwick is a popular route and a key lifeline route, so we understand how important the quality of this service is for the island and its reputation.
"This is why we took the important decision to launch our own ground operations in Gatwick."
The company hope the Gatwick crew will be operational from the start of December.

A member of the environment committee says she supports the idea of using a section of the damaged L'Ancresse sea wall as a memorial to the forced labourers who built Guernsey's German defences.
Deputy Lindsay de Sausmarez said if proposals to remove the damaged section are approved, then using part of it as a permanent memorial would be a fitting tribute to them.
She says if work goes ahead and any bodies are uncovered, they would be re-buried in accordance with The Commonwealth War Graves Commission guidelines.

Guernsey's newest airline, Waves, will start by offering a freight service before launching an "on-demand air taxi" service.
The company is the first local company registered with Guernsey's 2-Reg aircraft registry to be given a commercial licence to operate locally.
It will initially fly between Jersey and Guernsey and is currently testing its booking system and security app before launching a passenger service.

Shaun Crozier runs Urban Kitchen in St Peter Port and says he has seen a rise in the number of cafe workers. He says they are good for businesses and more companies should encourage it.
