Dappy from N-Dubz and Grime MC Tinchy Stryder will perform together on stage at this year's Mobo awards.

The duo are already confirmed as backstage presenters of this year's ceremony which will return to Glasgow's SECC on 5 October.

Now they'll also perform a medley including their recent hit Spaceship, which is nominated for best video.

Tinchy and Dappy have teamed up before on chart-topping tracks including Number One.

They'll revisit their double act once again as they go behind the scenes in search of backstage news and gossip.

'Massive welcome'

Dappy, who's performed at the Mobos before with bandmates Tulisa and Fazer, says: "Me and my man Tinchy backstage are gonna take over. And wow we've been nominated again? N-Dubz have four awards already."

Another former Mobo award winner Alesha Dixon will co-host the main show alongside American R&B superstar Jason Derulo.

Alesha Dixon says: "We have so many exciting artists nominated and performing and I know Glasgow will give everyone a massive welcome."

One person already enjoying chart success and appearing at Mobo for the first time is Grime rapper Wretch 32.

Wretch will perform a medley of his biggest tracks including his first number one hit Don't Go.

He'll face stiff competition for the best UK act, not least from N-Dubz.

Wretch 32 says: "I feel honoured to be playing at the awards this year.

"I've always watched the show at home but never thought I'd actually be performing on it.

"I'm eager to get on stage so Glasgow better be ready for Wretch."
