Justin Bieber is the final artist to be added to the line-up for this year's MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) in Belfast on Sunday 6 November.

The Canadian pop star joins girlfriend Selena Gomez, who is hosting the event.

David Guetta, Lady Gaga, Coldplay and Red Hot Chili Peppers will also perform at the city's Odyssey Arena.

The surviving members of Queen are also expected on stage for a special performance and to receive the global icon award.

Lady Gaga was the big winner in 2010 and also leads this year's nominations with six nods including best live act, pop artist and best female.

She's followed by Katy Perry and Bruno Mars who have both picked up four nominations.

Adele, Justin Bieber and Thirty Seconds To Mars also have nods.

Justin Bieber has been shortlisted in three categories.
