Tulisa 'devastated' over online sex tape leak

X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos says she is "devastated" after a video of her sharing an intimate moment with an ex-boyfriend was posted online.
The N-Dubz singer has tweeted an apology to her fans for any offence caused.
In the clip the 23-year-old said: "As you can imagine, I am devastated, heartbroken."
Her lawyers have already taken out a court order to have the tape removed and to stop anyone else posting it.
The singer said: "I have been in bits for the last few days. When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love, you care about and you trust, you never imagine that footage may at be shared with people around the world."
The X Factor judge who mentored last year's winning act Little Mix confirmed it was her in the video and an ex-boyfriend who she dated as a teenager.
"This was something that he took upon himself to put online and is now sitting in silence pretending it's not him.
The man Tulisa names in the video is not the same person named on the court order.
Justin Edwards tweeted yesterday "I believe in silence being a sign of integrity but in this case I guess I'll have to speak up and lay out the facts and let you guys decide."
He continued tweeting today "To find the truth both sides of the story should be heard b4 passing judgement #thatisall."
Newsbeat is still attempting to contact him.
