Dwayne Johnson has been named the world's top grossing actor by Forbes magazine.
The 41-year-old's films, including Fast and Furious 6 and G.I. Joe, earned $1.3 billion (£790 million) in the last year.
Robert Downey Jr is second having grossed $1.2bn (£730m) with films including Iron Man 2, which was the year's highest-earning film.
Despicable Me 2 star Steve Carrell placed third grossing $974m (£589m).
Forbes produced its rundown by tallying the worldwide box office hauls of all movies released during the past calendar year.
Vin Diesel, who earned $887m (£542m), is fourth on the list and Gravity star Sandra Bullock completes the top five having grossed $862m (£527m).
Paul Walker, who was killed in a car crash last month, is sixth on the list after Fast & Furious 6 helped him bring in $789m (£482m) at the box office.
The latest film in the franchise was the biggest-grossing film of Walker's career.
Stars of Monsters University Billy Crystal and John Goodman, who voice lead characters Mike Wazowski and James Sullivan in the Pixar film, follow Walker on the list with $743m (£454m).
Chris Hemsworth, who starred in Thor: The Dark World, grossed $701m (£429m) while Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence completes the list of the top 10 grossing actors of the year on $700m (£428m).
