Wealdstone Raider 'living a dream' with charity single

After reaching number five on the Official UK Top 40, with charity single Got No Fans, the Wealdstone Raider says he feels like he's "dreaming".
"It's surreal. I don't believe it's me. I'm a normal person," he told Jameela Jamil on the Radio 1 Chart Show.
"I'm a builder, not a very good builder, but I'm a builder."
The Wealdstone Raider, whose real name is Gordon Hill, said he was initially embarrassed by the YouTube video that propelled him to internet fame.
The footage showing him mocking his football rivals' lack of fans and threatening to "give some" to an opposition fan has gained nearly six million views.
Since then he has started to enjoy his new-found notoriety and has been charging people money to take a photograph with him - helping him to raise thousands of pounds for charity in the last few weeks.
"There have been a lot of people on Twitter and Facebook making money out of me so I thought, 'Why not put a bit of money into charity?'," he explained.
He says that led to the making of his single.
Proceeds from Got No Fans go to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, Wealdstone Raiders Youth FC and Autism Concern.
Since finding fame he says he has met a lot of "lovely people".
He said: "We always read the papers and hear the badness in the world. There's [actually] a lot of really nice, nice people."
The Wealdstone Raider says he is not sure what the future holds for him.
"At the moment I'm dreaming, I'm in dreamland and then I'll wake up and be back on the cement mixer."
